Received several Wurlitzer fellowships, wrote independently. I traveled to Southeast Asia with the head of the International Institute for Policy Studies, which trained third world businessmen in ethics and negotiating strategies. Shot some film in Singapore.

Worked for Ralph Nader, Center for Study of Responsive Law in Washington, D.C.

Poet in the Schools, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. This was an honorary position granted by the National Endowment for the Arts. 


I have five small books of poetry, Gathering Time, Emerging Detail, Inside Outside, Excuse, and Totemic and ninety individual poems that have been published in various regional literary magazines, including Ploughshares and New Directions; also forty articles and stories on the net, and nine short humorous pieces and a story about New Mexico on my blogs.
